This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a consumer-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Increase team effectiveness through clear vision and structure
- Enhance design quality by providing thoughtful direction and critique
- Build and nurture an inclusive, high-performing design team
- Coach designers to become confident contributors and leaders
- Facilitate improved cross-functional collaboration
- Create an adaptable environment to maintain team momentum
- Establish high standards for design consistency across projects
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in leading cross-functional design teams
- Strong skills in hiring, coaching, and talent management
- Ability to effectively plan and manage resources
- Excellent design judgment and ability to critique work
- Proven track record in enhancing team effectiveness
- Comfortable in high ambiguity and fast-paced environments
Pay
$224,800 – $300,100 annually
