Director, Demand Generation

For our client, a leader in the Media space, we are seeking a Director of Demand Generation to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel pipeline targets and integrate demand generation strategies with revenue goals
• Allocate budget effectively across channels and programs for maximum impact
• Partner with Sales and SDR leadership to ensure alignment on pipeline targets and lead quality
• Optimize the entire funnel to improve conversion rates and reduce handoff friction
• Lead and develop a high-performing demand generation team focused on accountability for outcomes
• Manage external agency and vendor partners to achieve measurable results
• Oversee demand generation reporting, forecasting, and performance metrics

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation experience
• Proven ownership of pipeline or revenue targets
• Experience leading cross-channel, full-funnel programs
• Strong track record of partnering with sales teams
• Analytical mindset to translate data into actionable insights

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
