About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing crop nutrition strategies using Pivot Bio’s patented technologies. Lead projects that enhance soil health and optimize nitrogen use efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute research projects focused on improving crop yields through innovative nitrogen management solutions.
- Collaborate with farmers and agronomists to implement and evaluate new crop nutrition technologies.
- Conduct field trials and data analysis to support product development and marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders including farmers, distributors, and investors.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting crop nutrition and soil health.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop nutrition, soil science, or related field.
- Experience with field research, data analysis, and report writing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of crop physiology, soil chemistry, and plant nutrition.
- Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Understanding of federal and state regulations related to agricultural products and practices.
Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
