Director, Data & Information Architecture

About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing crop nutrition strategies using Pivot Bio’s patented technologies. Lead projects that enhance soil health and optimize nitrogen use efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute research projects focused on improving crop yields through innovative nitrogen management solutions.
• Collaborate with farmers and agronomists to implement and evaluate new crop nutrition technologies.
• Conduct field trials and data analysis to support product development and marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders including farmers, distributors, and investors.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting crop nutrition and soil health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop nutrition, soil science, or related field.
• Experience with field research, data analysis, and report writing.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crop physiology, soil chemistry, and plant nutrition.
• Experience with statistical software and data analysis tools.
• Understanding of federal and state regulations related to agricultural products and practices.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.
