Job Responsibilities

• Create a vision and roadmap for the team that aligns with department and organizational objectives.
• Delegate responsibilities, establish clear lines of responsibility, and coach team members.
• Elevate team members' thinking and understanding through best practice knowledge infusion.
• Select, develop, mentor, and coach direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure job requirements and goals are clear to employees and communicate Medical Center initiatives, priorities, standards, and policies.
• Partner across various teams to advance a cohesive enterprise data and analytics strategy.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
