Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams ensuring high performance and alignment with service priorities
• Define and guide cloud architecture roadmaps connecting business goals to modernization efforts
• Mentor Senior Architects and Delivery Architects to enhance organizational capabilities
• Monitor team health and morale while addressing performance concerns proactively
• Maintain effective communication of practice priorities and organizational objectives to teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• 12+ years delivering solutions in application development or cloud platform engineering
• 7+ years in solution architecture leading multi-team efforts
• 10+ years in data platforms, data engineering, or consulting
• Deep expertise with Databricks and Azure-native data services
