Director, Data Analytics - Global Payment Network- PULSE

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on data management strategy
• Define and monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate areas of non-compliance as appropriate
• Oversee the design and execution of data controls
• Oversee data quality monitoring and data issue management practices
• Maintain the health of the data catalog metadata
• Manage a team of high-performing data professionals

Basic Qualifications

• Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field) plus at least 8 years of experience performing data analytics
• Or currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Master’s Degree plus at least 6 years of experience performing data analytics with an expectation that required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date
• At least 6 years of experience performing professional data analysis work
• At least 6 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies
• At least 4 years of experience managing people

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s Degree
• 10+ years of Professional Data Analysis experience
• 5+ years of Big Data experience (AWS and Spark)
• 5+ years of cloud native (AWS) data processing experience
• 5+ years of Process Management experience
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• 5+ years of experience with Python
• 5+ years of Data Governance experience
• 2+ years of experience with streaming data technologies (Kafka, Flink, Spark streaming)
