Director, Data & Analytics Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy machine learning (ML) models for data-driven decisions
• Implement distributed training systems to accelerate model training
• Analyze data from past events to create labeled training data, extract data trends, and develop new features
• Build APIs to serve real-time predictions with scalable infrastructure
• Automate processes for integrating code changes, testing, and deploying in production
• Ensure secure and compliant connections between cloud and on-premises data systems
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate content and derive features for ML applications

Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• One (1) year of experience in the position offered or as a Software Developer, Intern, or related occupation
• One (1) year of experience with:
• Python
• Libraries: Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Scikit-learn
• Data processing techniques: handling missing values, normalization, feature extraction
• Machine learning algorithms: linear regression, decision tree, K-nearest neighbors
• Basic deep learning algorithms
• Frameworks: TensorFlow or PyTorch

Compensation & Benefits

• Expected base pay: $125,000 - $135,000 per year (individualized based on experience)
• Total compensation may include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, short- and long-term incentive packages, and other sponsored benefits
