Director, Data Analytics

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to produce insightful reports and drive business improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address operational needs
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, overseeing workflow and professional development
• Establish partnerships with clinical and operational leaders to facilitate data-driven change
• Develop complex analytics and reporting solutions and implement reporting technologies using a modern cloud-based data stack

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years in advanced analytics with a focus on actionable insights
• 5+ years in business intelligence with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau and Looker
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performance teams
• Familiarity with Google tech stack (BigQuery, Looker) is a plus
