Director, Data Analytics and Reporting

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $180,000 annually

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage ERP environment using Databricks for key data reporting
• Partner with IT to enhance data systems and stability; ensure data usability with business owners
• Lead initiatives for data quality, reporting automation, and self-service analytics
• Establish and monitor enterprise-wide KPIs and reporting standards
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization
• Support diligence efforts including sell-side financial assessments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Finance
• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data management
• 5+ years of leadership experience in managing analytics and reporting teams
• Advanced knowledge of business intelligence and visualization tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric
• Strong proficiency in data modeling and analytics methodologies
• Experience leveraging AI for productivity and innovation
