About the role
The Director of Customer Success at Husky TechnologiesTM is responsible for driving financial performance and customer satisfaction. They lead a team in providing comprehensive customer support and service, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop best practices for improving customer support response times
- Establish service approaches that maintain commitment levels
- Drive the transition to proactive service by developing processes and incentives
- Develop innovative service packages aligned with customer goals
- Establish processes for lead generation to drive growth
- Collaborate with Husky business teams to ensure successful customer start-ups
- Collaborate with Husky Sales Teams to meet strategic goals
- Understand market dynamics and capitalize on opportunities
- Manage key account service relationships
- Tactfully handle exception escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mold-Making, or equivalent experience
- Significant technical understanding of Husky's current and legacy machines, molds, and hot runners
- Strong computer skills
- Highly organized
- Demonstrated decisiveness, reliability, mental toughness, self-motivation, and energy
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluency in Spanish
Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in growing businesses and P&L responsibility
- Financial degree, Business degree, or MBA (asset but not required)
