Responsibilities
- Manage job postings and ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Communicate effectively with candidates via email and phone
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of candidate information
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor and update job listings based on employer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations
- Experience with data analytics tools
