Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings and ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Communicate effectively with candidates via email and phone
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of candidate information
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Monitor and update job listings based on employer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations
  • Experience with data analytics tools

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical proficiency in ATS and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

Pay

$60,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
