Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing underwriting and portfolio management for the company’s customers

- Coach and develop a high-performing team of credit professionals
- Build relationships with CFOs to evaluate complex credit situations
- Drive operational improvements in underwriting and decision-making
- Champion adoption of AI and automation for efficiency
- Shape the company's commercial credit capabilities during expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years in commercial credit risk or related field
- Expertise in evaluating financial statements and cash flow
- Experience managing commercial customer portfolios
- Strong understanding of commercial credit products
- Proven leadership in fast-paced financial services environment
- Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Passion for operational efficiency through technology and automation
