Director, Creative Services
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings.
We have "Who We Are SiriusXM ...": that's company overview, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is typical heading for role description. But we have "How You’ll Make An Impact" which is role impact. Could map to "About the role". Or we could have separate sections: "About the role" (impact), "Responsibilities" (What You’ll Do), "Requirements" (What You’ll Need). Also "Pay" section for salary range. Benefits not present, so omit. Schedule not present, omit.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, legal, etc. Also remove "The requirements and duties described above may be modified..." and "R-2026-08-16". Also remove "At SiriusXM, we carefully consider..."? That's part of compensation description; we need to keep compensation info but can remove fluff? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the compensation description: "At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $110,000 to $212,950 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives." That's substantive. Keep it.
We also need to keep "We encourage all interested candidates to apply." That's application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate? It's a generic encouragement; but it's not application instructions like "apply via link". Might be okay to keep? The instruction says remove application instructions. This is a generic encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also remove "Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation." That's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also remove the EEO statement.
Also remove "SiriusXM is an equal opportunity employer..." etc.
Also remove "The requirements and duties described above may be modified or waived by the Company in its sole discretion without notice". Remove.
Also remove "R-2026-08-16". Remove.
Now structure:
About the role
(maybe combine "How You’ll Make An Impact" and "Who We Are"? Actually "Who We Are" is company description, not role. Could be separate section "About the company". But instruction only gave examples; we can use any heading as long as it's . Could use "About SiriusXM". But they said e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should stick to those. So we need to map content to those headings.
We have company overview: could go under "About the role"? Not ideal but maybe acceptable. However we could also create a section "About the company" but not in list; but instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings (e.g.). It might be okay to use other headings, but safer to stick to given ones.
Thus we need to fit company overview somewhere. Could put under "About the role" as a preamble: "About the role: SiriusXM is the leading audio entertainment company..." That mixes role and company but okay.
Alternatively we could treat "Who We Are" as "About the role" (the role at SiriusXM). We'll do that.
Then "How You’ll Make An Impact" could be part of same section or maybe "Responsibilities"? Actually impact is more about what you'll achieve. Could be under "About the role". We'll combine.
Then "What You’ll Do" -> Responsibilities.
Then "What You’ll Need" -> Requirements (or Qualifications). We'll use Requirements.
Pay -> Pay section.
We must not include Benefits or Schedule.
