Responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading creative and design initiatives in a complex, multi-channel environment
- Proven expertise in UI/UX design and end-to-end product design
- 10+ years of supervisory and/or project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Pay
Salary range is $128,550 - $222,820 USD for the Boston, Massachusetts location, with eligibility for incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. Actual salary varies depending on local market conditions, geography, and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
