Director, Corporate Operational Excellence

Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend enterprise-wide opportunities for operational efficiency
• Translate corporate strategies into actionable programs that achieve measurable results
• Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership in shaping initiative priorities
• Lead and manage complex initiatives across various corporate functions
• Drive alignment and clarity among stakeholders in executing objectives
• Embed continuous improvement frameworks and address organizational inefficiencies
• Manage program delivery from concept through execution and value realization

Qualifications

• PhD with 10+ years of relevant experience, or MS/MA with 12+ years, or BS/BA with 14+ years
• Proven experience in leading large-scale cross-functional corporate initiatives from strategy to execution
• Strong knowledge of biopharma operations, particularly drug development and commercialization
• Demonstrated capability in identifying and driving enterprise-level operational improvements
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured thinking skills
