We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. We need to extract content.
Job posting includes: company description, position summary, essential functions broken into categories: Strategic Leadership, Environmental Compliance & Stewardship, Health & Safety Leadership, Sustainability & ESG, Governance, Risk & Compliance, Team Leadership & Development, Reporting & Performance Management. Then competencies, certifications (preferred), required education, required experience, travel requirements, US Salary Pay Range, disclaimer, EEO statement (to remove). Also note: we must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we remove EEO statement and disclaimer? The disclaimer is "This position description is not designed to cover..." Might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's a generic disclaimer. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The disclaimer may be considered legal boilerplate; safer to remove it. Also remove EEO statement.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include sections: About the role (maybe from position summary and company description?), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe required education and experience?), Qualifications (certifications preferred?), Skills (competencies), Benefits (none mentioned), Pay (salary range), Schedule (travel requirements maybe? but schedule is about work schedule; we have travel requirements; not schedule. Could treat travel as schedule? Probably not; schedule refers to work hours/shift. Not present. So we should not create Schedule section unless posting actually states them. It does not. So omit Schedule.
Benefits: not mentioned. So omit Benefits.
Pay: we have US Salary Pay Range $160,000 - $175,000 USD. So include Pay section.
Now structure:

About the role
... combine company description and position summary.

Requirements: maybe required education and experience. Could combine.
Qualifications: certifications preferred.

We must not invent placeholder text. Ensure we include all substantive info.
Let's extract text.

Optionally include Travel? Not a section. Could be part of Requirements? But travel is not education/experience. Could be included under Requirements as a bullet? Might be considered part of job details but not a heading. Since we have no Schedule section, we could add travel under Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a short paragraph under Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction says only include sections when posting has real, specific content for it. Travel is specific content but not one of the predefined headings. We could incorporate travel into Requirements or maybe under Responsibilities? It's not a responsibility exactly. Could add aafter Requirements about travel. But we must not create new headings not in list. So we can add a
