About the role
This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities
- Set strategy and execution for earnings, M&A, and corporate communications
- Build project teams for major initiatives, engaging various media resources as needed
- Manage relationships with New York-based media and lead press engagements with top financial outlets
- Oversee operational management for earnings communication, coordinating with legal and investor relations
- Lead M&A communications through collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Act as the Americas anchor for the Corporate Communications team, addressing escalations from team members
- Architect AI-powered communications workflows to enhance team capacity
Qualifications
- 12+ years in corporate communications or public relations, ideally in-house or agency experience
- Proven track record in financial communications at publicly traded or pre-IPO firms
- Expertise in M&A communications and managing narrative timing and messaging
- Experience in AI or AI-adjacent sectors with knowledge of media narratives
- Established relationships with Tier 1 financial media and tech reporters
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
Pay
$200,000 – $257,500 annually
