We could combine Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications into one Qualifications section, but maybe separate? The rules: Use heading only if real specific content. Both are real. Could have Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications as separate sections? But headings list includes Qualifications, Skills. Not Preferred Qualifications. Could treat Preferred as part of Qualifications. We'll include all under Qualifications.

We need to preserve all substantive info. The last sentences are promotional; we can keep as part of Benefits section prose.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, Know Your Rights, etc. Also remove "Learn More About EAS" maybe considered promotional but it's part of What We Offer? It's a call to action; maybe keep as part of Benefits? It's not boilerplate; it's part of the posting. We'll keep.
Now produce HTML:
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes "What We Offer:" with benefits: generous time off, comprehensive benefits, financial & career growth, 401(k) matching, innovative culture. That's benefits. So we can have a Benefits section with those details. No explicit Pay or Schedule mentioned. So we omit Pay and Schedule sections. We need sections: About the role (maybe from job purpose), Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities), Qualifications (Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications maybe combined?), Skills (maybe from capabilities like ERP, Excel etc). Could also have a separate Skills section. But we need to avoid thin sections. We can combine Qualifications and Skills into one? But rules: Use headings for sections if content exists. We can have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. Possibly also Skills if we have distinct content. The posting includes "Strong ERP, financial reporting, data analysis, and Microsoft Excel capabilities." That's skill. Also "Ability to work on-site...". Could be under Qualifications. Might be okay to have Qualifications covering education, experience, skills. We'll follow typical: About the role (job purpose), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: About the role: The Controller, Gigafactory Project & Operations, is the senior finance leader responsible for establishing the financial foundation of the EnerSys Gigafactory project and ultimately leading the full finance function of EnerSys Gigafactory LLC. During the project phase, the Controller will lead capital and project financial management, forecasts, funding compliance, internal controls, finance-process and system design, and finance organizational readiness. As the facility becomes operational, the role is expected to evolve into Gigafactory Controller, with responsibility for the complete entity finance function, including accounting, FP&A, cost accounting, inventory, reporting, controls, cash flow planning, and financial partnership with site leadership. This is a hands-on leadership role for a full P&L entity encompassing sales, engineering, and assembly operations. The successful candidate will operate independently on a daily basis, serve as a trusted partner to project and plant leadership, and work closely with PPS Finance, the PPS Controller, Corporate Finance, shared services, and other functional teams. Responsibilities (Essential Duties And Responsibilities): list many bullet points. We'll convert each sentence into

... (maybe combine into paragraphs or list? Could be prose. Use
for prose. Could break into sentences but still
