Responsibilities
- Oversee provider contracting activities ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Implement recruitment activities for provider networks in new and existing markets
- Support new business launches considering market circumstances and resources
- Perform financial analyses to identify cost improvement opportunities
- Oversee staff and consultants in developing provider networks
- Monitor performance and implement solutions for process gaps
- Travel as required for meetings throughout Pennsylvania
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field
- 7+ years in contracting, network development, or provider relations
- Experience with Medicaid/Medicare contracting and negotiations
- Management experience overseeing hiring and performance of staff
- Valid driver's license
