Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with US business functions as a trusted compliance advisor
  • Provide proactive guidance on compliance for Neuro & Other Rare Program Teams
  • Extend ongoing compliance support across various program teams
  • Attend cross-functional meetings to foster stakeholder engagement
  • Oversee compliance issue follow-up and mitigation processes
  • Develop and facilitate compliance training programs
  • Promote continuous improvement within the compliance program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • 10+ years experience in US Healthcare
  • Significant expertise in US HCC for pharmaceutical or biotech industries
  • Proven hands-on experience in Gene Therapy compliance
  • Strong proven experience in building and managing effective compliance programs
  • Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional teams
  • High ethical standards and integrity
