We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes "Job Description Role Summary" then "Here You Can:" list of duties. Then "Qualifications" with "Here You'll Need:" list. Also includes Hybrid schedule, benefits, salary range. Must not repeat job title. Must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must not include application instructions. Must not include duplicated lines. Must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Role Summary), Responsibilities (Here You Can:), Qualifications (Here You'll Need:), Benefits (benefits listed), Pay (salary range), Schedule (Hybrid schedule). Must only include sections if real specific content. We have Role Summary paragraph: "The Director, Compensation is responsible for the strategic oversight, administration, and governance of the Company's equity compensation programs. Reporting to the VP, Compensation, this role partners closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, and external service providers to oversee all aspects of equity compensation strategy, operations, and compliance. In addition, this position will contribute to broader Compensation Team initiatives and projects, partnering across a wide range of compensation programs, processes, and strategic priorities throughout the organization." We can put that under

About the role

with

. Responsibilities: list from "Here You Can:" bullet points. Need to extract each bullet as

  • . The list includes many items separated by periods? Actually it's a paragraph with sentences starting with verbs. We need to turn each sentence into list item. Let's parse: "Lead the administration of the Company's equity compensation programs, including grant issuance, vesting events, award modifications, and ongoing plan operations." "Partner with Payroll, Tax, and Finance to ensure accurate processing and reporting of equity transactions." "Coordinate and manage equity grant cycles, including annual grants, ad hoc awards, and equity-related corporate actions." "Build trusted relationships with HR leaders and other key stakeholders, serving as the Company's subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all equity compensation matters." "Provide guidance and resolve complex participant issues while ensuring a high level of customer service and responsiveness." "Manage relationships with plan administrators and other external service providers, including oversight of service delivery, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives." "Ensure compliance with applicable securities laws, tax regulations, accounting requirements, insider trading policies, and equity plan provisions." "Maintain plan documentation, administrative procedures, governance controls, and operational processes to support effective plan administration and risk management." "Assist in the preparation of materials and analyses supporting equity-related reviews and approvals by senior leadership and compensation governance bodies." "Support executive-level communications, presentations, and materials related to equity compensation programs." "Partner with Finance and Accounting teams on stock compensation expense, share usage forecasting, dilution analysis, financial disclosures, and related reporting activities." "Lead cross-functional initiatives involving equity compensation programs, including systems implementations, program enhancements, regulatory changes, and corporate transactions." "Assist with compensation analyses, market benchmarking, and competitive assessments to support compensation strategy and decision-making." "Support the design, administration, and evaluation of compensation programs, policies, and processes across the organization." That's many items. We'll output as
    • each. Qualifications: "Here You'll Need:" list. Items: "Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience." "10+ years of progressive compensation experience." "Desired Characteristics:" then list: "Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, or related field preferred." "Knowledge of equity compensation programs, including restricted stock units, stock options, performance-based awards, and related administration practices." "Experience administering equity compensation programs through Fidelity Stock Plan Services or similar equity administration platforms preferred." "Advanced Excel skills, including experience performing large-scale data analysis, building financial models, and developing executive-level reports." "Strategic, results-oriented thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to balance long-term program design with operational execution." "Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex compensation concepts into clear, actionable guidance." "Executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to effectively influence, collaborate with, and present to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders." "Solid project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment." "Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling highly sensitive and confidential information." We should treat "Desired Characteristics:" as part of qualifications list; we can include those as list items. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Benefits: "This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Learn more about the benefits offered by NBCUniversal by visiting the Benefits page of the Careers website." We should include benefits section with list of benefits: medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Could list as items. Pay: "Salary range: $200,000 - $225,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)". So Pay section with that sentence. Schedule: "Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time." So Schedule section with that. We must not include boilerplate like "Additional Information" about interview, EEO, accommodation request. Remove those. Also remove "Visit www.nbcuniversal.com for more information." etc. Also remove "Our impact is rooted..." etc. That's boilerplate about company; maybe we can keep some? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company overview at start might be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly legal but it's generic description. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The company overview is substantive? It's generic but maybe considered boilerplate. However it's not legal/EEO. It's about NBCUniversal. Might be considered part of job posting but not essential to role. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." It doesn't explicitly say to remove company overview. But we might keep it under About the role? Actually we already have About the role from Role Summary. The company overview could be considered extra but not prohibited. However to keep sections few, we could incorporate that into About the role? But we already have role summary. Might be okay to keep a brief About NBCUniversal paragraph? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep the company overview if it's substantive. But it's generic fluff; still it's in posting. However the instruction also says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could include a section "About NBCUniversal" but that might be thin. Better to incorporate into About the role? But the role summary already covers role. The company overview is not about role. Could we omit it? It's not explicitly prohibited but might be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO. It's just marketing fluff. Might be considered boilerplate but not sure. Safer to keep it as a short paragraph under About the role? Actually we could add a

before role summary: "NBCUniversal is one of the world's leading media and entertainment companies..." etc. That is substantive? It's descriptive. I'd keep it as part of About the role section. Thus About the role section will contain two paragraphs: company overview and role summary. Now produce HTML. Structure:
