About the role

Lead the design and evolution of our bonus and long-term incentive programs, connecting individual and company performance to outcomes that are understandable, motivating, and aligned with how the business creates value.

Own equity design as a strategic asset — design equity programs to attract and retain top talent, and drive performance differentiation, build the enablement that drives understanding, and partner with Finance and Legal on program mechanics, dilution modeling, and board approval.

Own the tools and access that our talent acquisition team needs to drive the most competitive offers, that the BP teams need to partner with their business leaders, and that leaders, managers and employees need to truly understand compensation rhythms, cadences and budgets at any time throughout the year.

Own the architecture that enables the compensation team to move quickly, and enable partner teams requiring compensation inputs at offer, internal moves or new roles.

Partner with talent management on pay for performance alignment, ensuring that we are enabling leaders, managers and employees to fully understand their compensation outcomes.

Stay ahead of the market through real-time data and peer relationships, monitoring how AI, pay transparency legislation, and workforce shifts are changing the landscape before they show up in offers or attrition.
