Responsibilities
- Commercial Credit Underwriting: Daily management and oversight of commercial underwriting activities for existing customers and annual reviews; oversee portfolio servicing activities including credit line adjustments, interim requests, payoffs, OEM support, and collection activities; work closely with legal, real estate, risk, and operations to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
- Commercial Risk Management: Lead commercial risk management strategy, implement new risk frameworks and mitigation processes, build and enhance credit watch meetings for high-risk dealerships and dealer groups, drive sales engagement around commercial risk management, and create risk frameworks around UCC compliance/due diligence, wholesale/real estate insurance, new/used overline exceptions, and floorplan audit compliance.
- Strategy & Process Enhancement: Lead strategic planning to improve commercial dealer satisfaction and support; create efficiencies and leverage AI to optimize credit review underwriting, risk management, and collection of commercial receivables; enhance daily/monthly dealer collection processes for floorplan interest, loan payments, curtailments, and insurance; develop structure around non-floorplan loan renewals to drive increased floorplan retention and satisfaction.
- Project Management/Strategic Initiatives: Lead development and implementation of Commercial Credit strategic, WorkSmart, Digitalization, and Data initiatives; develop DRM workflow in Salesforce to drive commercial and sales action on key dealer risk and review items.
- Policy Management: Collaborate with Commercial Risk to update department policies, procedures, and flow charts; create efficiencies with updated policies and procedures to focus on risk management and file review production.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop team members by providing direction, performance expectations, feedback, and support to ensure effective collaboration, professional growth, and achievement of organizational and personal goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Credit Underwriting and Commercial business operations.
- 5 years of management experience leading teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree a plus.

Pay
Salary range: $160,000 – $256,000
Schedule
Full-time; exempt; hybrid schedule with 4 on-site days and 1 remote day per week.
