What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead as the external voice for clinical and health care economic information (HCEI), presenting to payers, PBMs, IDNs, health systems, and other decision-makers.
  • Translate clinical data, RWE and HEOR findings into payer-relevant value narratives that inform coverage and reimbursement decisions.
  • Support development and compliant dissemination of value materials including AMCP dossiers, payer slide decks, and economic framework discussions (e.g., budget impact and cost-effectiveness interpretation).
  • Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs and HEOR to align external payer insights with integrated evidence plans across pre-approval, launch, and lifecycle phases.
  • Provide market feedback and insights to inform RWE prioritization, support strategy development, identify evidence gaps, and help execute RWE initiatives.
  • Support pathway inclusion strategies through collaboration on clinical and HEOR evidence submissions.
  • Develop and maintain strong scientific and business relationships with payer and access stakeholders, while demonstrating a deep understanding of the oncology access landscape, including regional payer policies and treatment pathways.
  • Capture actionable access and reimbursement insights and communicate them cross-functionally to inform strategy.
  • Identify emerging access barriers, competitive dynamics, and evidence gaps based on customer dialogue.
  • Ensure medical accuracy and compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company standards.

What Knowledge & Experience You'll Bring To Us...

  • A doctoral-level degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD/DO, or equivalent scientific/clinical degree).
  • 5-10 years of relevant pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience in Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, or outcomes-focused roles.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and government payer dynamics, formulary decision-making, oncology pathways, and U.S. reimbursement landscapes.
  • Working knowledge of HEOR methodologies including budget impact models, cost-effectiveness frameworks, PROs, and indirect treatment comparisons.
  • Demonstrated expertise in communicating complex clinical and real-world evidence to payer audiences.
  • Oncology experience required; NSCLC experience preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
