Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution of industry-sponsored clinical trials from activation through closeout
• Direct a team responsible for therapeutic area portfolios, providing leadership and performance management
• Ensure operational readiness for activated studies within established timelines
• Oversee study performance metrics and improve investigator and coordinator satisfaction
• Establish and improve standardized workflows for consistent trial delivery across sites
• Plan operational capacity and allocate resources to optimize workload distribution
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational issues and enhance study performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, life sciences, public health, or a related field required
• Minimum of 7 years of clinical research experience, with 5 years of progressive leadership in clinical research operations
• Experience overseeing large portfolios of industry-sponsored clinical trials; managing 100+ concurrent studies preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead clinical trial teams and improve operational performance
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA regulations, and quality management principles

Pay

$131,196 – $198,656 annually
