Director-Clinical Operations

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership by facilitating NEA Baptist vision/values through personal example and interaction with staff to communicate policies and goals.
• Develops and maintains operational plans for assigned departments that are aligned with the organization’s strategic imperatives.
• Ensures that managers and departments are enabled to achieve realistic goals and provides the support necessary to meet those goals.
• Plans, implements, and markets services that meet the needs of identified internal and external customers through evaluation and assessment of customer needs and expectations.
• Ensures compliance with federal and state regulations regarding medical clinical operations and the safe delivery of care.
• Prepares, submits, and manages budgets for assigned departments.
• Supervises managers and providers to ensure compliance with all policies.
• Aids managers in developing solutions to complex problems.
• Promotes the efficient use of staff, resources, medical supplies to increase department productivity and financial sustainability.
• Maintains and improves patient, employee, and provider satisfaction by implementing and assessing a comprehensive quality assurance program to meet regulatory agency requirements, including safety and infection control guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum Required: 3-5 years supervisory/management experience
• Preferred/Desired: Within clinic/healthcare setting
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree
• Preferred/Desired: Master's degree
• Training: Minimum Required
• Special Skills: Licensure
