About the role

Lead the Clinical Data Management program for a new product through all stages at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. Partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action, strengthening data-driven execution and helping teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data management strategies encompassing study start-up to submission readiness
  • Manage execution of data management to ensure high-quality trial data
  • Oversee CROs and vendors, ensuring compliance with timelines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on data quality and program priorities
  • Identify and resolve data-related issues across studies
  • Contribute to critical data management documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Life Sciences or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in data management within pharmaceutical or biotech
  • Proven leadership in managing teams and vendors
  • In-depth experience in Oncology therapeutic area
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity

Pay

$200,980 – $243,544 annually
