For our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, we are seeking a Director of Clinical Biomarkers & Translational Medicine – Oncology (solid Tumor Portfolio) to support clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes within a life sciences environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Lead biomarker strategy development from First-in-Human through registration stages
- Drive the execution of biomarker strategies for patient selection and pharmacodynamic assessments
- Integrate diverse datasets to inform and refine clinical development strategies
- Provide leadership in biomarker regulatory activities and documentation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic and industrial entities for biomarker development
- Represent client at scientific forums and collaborate in research consortia
- Publish and present significant research findings in notable journals and conferences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in oncology drug development within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Proven track record in leading biomarker and translational medicine strategies across clinical phases
- Experienced in developing biomarker strategies for advanced therapies like targeted and immuno-oncology
- Familiarity with companion diagnostic development is a plus
- Competence in regulatory submissions related to biomarkers and precision medicine
Pay
$176,600 – $236,600 annually
