Director Client Services, Managed Care

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary managed care advisor for assigned clients
• Lead stewardship meetings and strategic discussions for program oversight
• Deliver executive reporting with insights and actionable recommendations
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and improved outcomes
• Monitor service performance and maintain awareness of client goals
• Translate data into clear recommendations for stakeholders
• Support implementation of new service programs and enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; industry certifications (CPCU, AIC, ARM) a plus
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in account management or 5 years in managed care roles
• Experience in analytics is beneficial
• Knowledge of managed care services, provider networks, and clinical solutions required
• Ability to navigate complex client requirements and operational challenges

Pay

$110,000 – $135,000 annually
