Director, Claims Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Claims Operations to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This leader will oversee claims operations across diverse insurance lines, ensuring service excellence, financial discipline, and a strong customer experience. The role is centered on building scalable processes, improving operational performance, and driving automation in a high-volume environment. You will also partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to strengthen compliance, support growth, and advance a high-performance culture.
