Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Child Development or related field, with an Illinois Director Credential Level II
• At least three years of administrative experience in full-day early childhood program including experience working with grant funded programs
• At least three years of professional involvement in the field of early care and education
• Professional contributions such as serving in a leadership role in Early Childhood professional organizations or giving presentations or training related to the field of early care and education
• Classroom experience with children between ages 2-5
• Supervision and conflict resolution skills
• Current physical and TB test and current record of immunizations including 1 dose of Tdap and 2 doses of MMR vaccine or evidence of immunity to MMR
• Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check, drug-screen, physical, and functional capacity exam
