This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment. Location: Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Compensation: $230,400 – $263,000 annually.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic program development with stakeholders
- Manage delivery roadmap and cross-tower dependencies
- Influence and align matrixed stakeholder teams
- Drive organizational processes for success
- Enhance brand visibility of strategic initiatives
- Assess feasibility of new projects and implementation plans
- Champion innovative ideas, even when unpopular
- Quickly learn and navigate key organizational topics
- Drive change and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders
- Exercise strong business judgment and integrity
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open exchange
- Utilize negotiation and mediation skills effectively
- Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills and follow-through
- Handle complex assignments with minimal direction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in Project, Process, or Program Management
- 5+ years of people management experience
- 5+ years in strategy development (preferred)
- 5+ years in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred)
- 6+ years driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred)
- 3+ years partnering with engineering and product teams (preferred)
