Job Summary
The Director, Business Operations is responsible for providing appropriate business and financial support to the Area, driving margin and new owner creation, and ensuring proper internal controls and corporate policies are adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently identify and lead the execution of opportunities which drive margin and new owner creation
- Developing the talent framework needed to drive earnings while providing appropriate administrative support, including hiring and developing top talent in alignment with Company strategies
- Leading the development of annual operating plans and the development and analysis of all compensation plans
- Directing and ensuring proper internal controls and corporate policies and procedures are established and are being adhered to at all levels within the Area
- Ensuring appropriate support is provided to corporate senior management as well as managing projects impacting all Area sites being conducted by corporate financial analysis personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MBA preferred, but not mandatory
- Knowledge of GAAP as well as financial and statistical analysis
- Team management skills mandatory
- Self-motivated, able to manage multiple projects while incorporating work style with team objectives at both the Area, BU, and corporate level
- Well organized and able to perform under stressful situations
- Able to communicate and partner effectively with all levels of the organization
- Decision-minded, capable of providing senior management clear paths to optimal results desired
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office specifically, MS Excel
- 5 years progressive financial experience
- 5 years of management experience
Qualifications
- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement
