Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for Franchise Business Owners at Real Property Management providing timely and accurate software and maintenance support.
  • Champion Real Property Management’s systems and processes to support Franchise Business Owners’ growth.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators to measure performance both as an entire organization and the individual franchise location.
  • Utilize the tools, programs, systems and network to strengthen and reinforce programs and policies.
  • Help plan, coordinate and manage programs and initiatives to further establish Real Property Management’s priorities as the premier 3rd party full-service real estate management organization in North America.

  • Data and Impact Driven - Stay focused on the right activities to achieve Franchise Owner and organizational goals.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; business, finance, property management preferred.
  • Certification in the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) preferred.
  • Five (5) or more years related experience as a business coach, small business owner, property management, or equivalent combination of experience.
  • 10-25% travel.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (local time)
