About the Role

As a Director, Business Intelligence on the Data & Strategic Ops team, you will lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and OKRs, establish a trusted single source of truth for reporting and analytics, partner with business and technology teams, drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices, collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams, and implement data governance and metric standardization practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, preferably using Amazon QuickSight.
  • Define, standardize, and govern KPIs, metrics, and OKRs across multiple brands and business functions.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and reporting best practices across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering teams to ensure reliable and scalable data pipelines.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data Management. 2+ years of experience leading BI teams or enterprise analytics initiatives. Proven experience building dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions. Strong hands-on experience with AWS data and analytics services, including Amazon S3, AWS Glue, and Amazon Athena, as well as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform. Experience with Amazon QuickSight. Experience defining and governing enterprise KPIs, OKRs, and executive scorecards. Experience in franchise, retail, consumer services, or other multi-location organizations.
  • Skills: Knowledge of AI-powered analytics and modern BI technologies. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and competing priorities. Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities.
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration or similar.
