Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives
- Identify business opportunities and devise actionable plans
- Engage with prospective clients to explore and negotiate partnerships
- Cultivate and maintain significant business relationships internally and externally
- Oversee logistics related to daily sales orders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or a related field
- 4-5 years of drug discovery sales experience in biotech
- Experience in business development within Biotech or CRO sectors
- Exceptional sales skills for building strong customer relationships
- Prominent negotiation skills with a solid industry framework
- Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed post-pandemic
