Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet corporate objectives
  • Identify business opportunities and devise actionable plans
  • Engage with prospective clients to explore and negotiate partnerships
  • Cultivate and maintain significant business relationships internally and externally
  • Oversee logistics related to daily sales orders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology or a related field
  • 4-5 years of drug discovery sales experience in biotech
  • Experience in business development within Biotech or CRO sectors
  • Exceptional sales skills for building strong customer relationships
  • Prominent negotiation skills with a solid industry framework
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% as needed post-pandemic
