PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify project prospects, solicit proposals, and secure contracts.
- Client maintenance and development.
- Business development procedures and workflows.
- Domestic marketing and reporting (bi-weekly and monthly).
- Understanding of facility integrity projects including methods, technologies, and inspections.
- Project execution understanding.
- Represent Audubon and affiliates at industry meetings and social functions.
- Aid in proposal preparation and follow-up with CRM input.
- Develop effective models and processes for strong results in target markets.
- Create sales and marketing collateral and align stakeholders.
- Maintain professional society memberships.
- Knowledge of technical professional selling processes and techniques.
- Analytical view of sales opportunities and prioritization.
- Collaborate with other Audubon business development professionals.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required).
- 5+ years of business development in facility integrity industry (required).
- 5+ years of facility integrity field experience (preferred, not required).
- Strong presentation skills to diverse audiences.
- Focused and goal-oriented approach.
- Licensed to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver’s license and travel ability.
