Director, Business Consulting, VRS, CX

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing consulting organization to ensure delivery excellence
• Ensure high-quality and consistent delivery of consulting engagements with strong customer satisfaction
• Drive effective adoption of the company solutions to secure measurable outcomes and long-term ROI
• Establish a culture focused on operational excellence and measurable outcomes
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring KPIs and consulting metrics are consistently met
• Translate high-level strategies into repeatable processes for organizational advancement
• Serve as a trusted advisor linking solution capabilities to business objectives and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure aligned strategies and readiness

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting and CX strategy, particularly in enterprise software/SaaS
• Proven success in leading teams delivering measurable business value with CX technology solutions
• Strong understanding of CCaaS and modern AI-driven CX capabilities
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities
• Highly analytical and data-driven, capable of translating insights into strategies
• Experience with the company CXone and similar analytics platforms is essential
• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field

Pay

$130,000 – $180,000 annually
