Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, and/or digital marketing entertainment industry
- Proven experience managing high-profile brands, integrated campaigns and multi-channel social initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Skilled at creating pitches, strategies and talking points
- Exceptional client management, communication and presentation skills
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, influencer strategy, audience engagement, and content best practices across Instagram, TikTok, X, and emerging channels.
- Experience analyzing campaign performance, audience insights, and social metrics to inform strategy and optimization.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across clients and deliverables.
- Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive talent and client matters.
