Director Biomedical Engineering System

Responsibilities

• Leading and supporting system connectivity
• Facilitating clinical engineering standardization, strategy development, and governance
• Overseeing integration and development of clinical engineering governance and modality managers
• Ensuring effective organization and timely implementation of strategies and objectives
• Supporting and funding projects, services, and technologies
• Providing leadership, development, and oversight of Clinical Engineering Senior Modality Manager and Modality Managers
• Evaluating and monitoring the performance of clinical engineering services and initiatives
• Supporting the development of cross-divisional and cross-disciplinary governance structures
• Facilitating negotiations with strategic partners and stakeholders to advance clinical engineering objectives
• Serving as a business partner in the strategic development and vision of clinical engineering services
• Managing teams and resources to achieve departmental goals and objectives
• Providing feasibility and timeline assessments for clinical engineering projects and initiatives
• Developing and implementing strategies for clinical engineering standardization and governance
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure system connectivity and integration of clinical engineering services
• Overseeing the creation and execution of strategic plans for clinical engineering services
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination among modality managers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• Field Of Study in healthcare administration, business administration, or industrial engineering
• 5+ years in progressive programmatic or leadership experience in the healthcare field
• Experience launching new programs, teams and complex strategies across business units

$127,310.90 - $236,789.66
