Director - Beauty Education & Service - Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Define the education vision and develop curriculum for onboarding and ongoing education
• Hire and lead an initial team, establishing clear roles and priorities
• Build reinforcement mechanisms for education, including certifications and coaching feedback
• Establish service and selling standards for customer engagement
• Spend time in-store to test curriculum and partner with field leadership
• Oversee the transition from vendor-led to the company-owned education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7–10 years in education, learning & development, or capability building
• Proven record of linking education to commercial outcomes like sales and service
• Experience in customer-facing retail environments
• Strong team-building and leadership skills
• Hands-on builder mentality, ready to create from scratch

Pay

$160,000 – $250,000 annually
