Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor BCBAs, Behavior Specialists, and other clinical professionals
  • Oversee development and implementation of individualized behavior support plans
  • Provide leadership around complex and high-acuity behavioral cases
  • Support crisis prevention, intervention, stabilization, and risk assessment
  • Develop clinical training and ensure staff can effectively implement behavioral plans
  • Partner with operations, medical, and other interdisciplinary leaders
  • Monitor clinical quality, documentation, compliance, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in audits, licensing reviews, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Support Medicaid documentation and reimbursement requirements
  • Help develop and expand clinical programs

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • 3+ years of behavioral health and/or clinical leadership experience
  • Experience supervising clinical teams
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities
  • Experience with behavior support plans and complex behavioral needs
  • Strong clinical leadership, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
