Director Banking & Lending Architecture

What is the opportunity?

The Wealth Management Technology Architecture team is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to develop technology roadmaps supporting US Wealth Management business and technology strategies. Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define technology states, leading architectural design, influencing product roadmaps, and fostering a culture of architectural excellence.

What will you do?

• Establish standards, processes, and best practices in solution architecture
• Provide expert advice to solution architects and business partners
• Lead the solution architecture team in delivering business services and solutions
• Translate business requirements throughout the solution architecture process
• Influence product roadmaps and advise on investment priorities
• Collaborate with global Wealth Management and enterprise teams
• Establish and enforce architecture governance and risk processes
• Mentor and coach solution architects

What you need to succeed?

• Experience in a complex matrixed environment
• Facilitation and influence skills
• Strategic thinking and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical background
• Understanding of technology and/or financial services industry
• Ability to provide guidance and make decisions in an agile environment
• Organizational, project management, and time management capabilities
• Understanding of architecture practice frameworks
• Understanding of AIDLC
