About the role

Directs, plans, coordinates and supervises the operation and activities of a specialized unit or small department; develops and implements policies and procedures, administers the budget, organizes tasks and sets priorities. Serves as liaison with university personnel and community at large. Works under general supervision with broad latitude for initiative and independent judgment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads a team of Epic analyst responsible for designing, building, and supporting Epic applications to enhance clinical workflows and patient care.
  • Bridges the gap between technical IT teams and clinical leadership.
  • Guides the team in resolving critical application issues and ensure all Epic configurations comply with regulatory standards.
  • Sets and monitors performance metrics (KPIs) for team tasks, such as ticket resolution times and project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related area plus five years of progressively responsible management experience OR a combination of education and/or years of experience in management to equal a minimum of 9 years.
  • Current Epic Ambulatory Certification preferred.

Pay

Minimum 52,967.00 Pay Grade Maximum 95,000.00 Pay Grade Pay Statement Compensation is commensurate upon the qualifications of the individual selected and budgetary guidelines of the hiring department, as well as the institutional pay plan.
