About the role

As a Center Director, you will lead a child care center, promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children, and work with staff to create a warm, inspiring environment while keeping parents informed and engaged.
Responsibilities
- Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating performance, and developing improvement plans.
- Assist with the implementation of company-provided curriculum, including coaching and communicating standards with teachers.
- Ensure the school operates in accordance with company and state licensing standards while fostering community partnerships.
- Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things in a safe, educational environment.
- Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent; CDA, associate, or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
- Must meet state and center/school requirements for education and experience.
- 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience; experience in early childhood education strongly preferred.

Pay
Compensation of $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available.
