About the role

The Director of Accounting Services (Partner Track) is responsible for building and running outsourced accounting services for a local firm. This is a high-growth division of the company with existing clients having revenues in the eight figures.

Responsibilities

• Focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and building out the client base
• Manage six key areas: industry specialization, go-to-market strategy, people and culture development, operational excellence, internal innovation with a focus on AI, and business development
• Be highly visible and a focal point for growth within the corporation

Requirements

• CPA certification
• Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
• Previous divisional leadership experience
• Experience in business development
• Demonstrated ability to create operational efficiencies
• Experience directing and managing teams through high growth
• Ability to identify and mentor quality talent towards corporate objectives
• Knowledge of leveraging technology, particularly AI, to create a business foundation
• Exceptional business presence and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Pay

Base Salary: $200.0K to $225.0K plus bonus
