About the role

The Director is responsible for leading the execution of large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives. This includes driving program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technology programs and strategic initiatives
• Drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Ensure timely delivery of programs within scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational dashboards
• Drive Agile, Scrum, and enterprise delivery best practices across teams
• Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 15+ Years of relevant experience in technology leadership roles
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional dependencies
• Proven ability to drive program planning, execution, governance, risk management, and delivery excellence
• Strong track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with executive leadership, customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and enterprise delivery best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
