Director, Assistant General Counsel – Enterprise Risk Management, Litigation

Responsibilities

• Manage complex environmental and mass tort litigation cases
• Supervise outside counsel and consultants for litigation
• Advises company business and Legal Affairs on litigation and risk
• Enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Enterprise Risk Management team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required
• Juris Doctor degree required
• Ten years of law firm and/or in-house litigation experience needed
• Admission to practice law in relevant jurisdictions or eligibility within 6 months expected
• Experience as in-house counsel preferred

Pay

• $287,281 – $351,122 annually
