About the role
Are you a visionary leader ready to shape a complex, multi-campus supply chain network? As Director, Asset Protection, you will provide enterprise-level leadership for asset protection across our Distribution & Transportation (D&T) network, guiding 14 site Asset Protection Leaders and influencing more than 450 third-party security professionals. In this high-visibility role, you will design and execute proactive security strategies that safeguard multi-million-dollar assets, protect our people, and strengthen operational integrity. You'll partner closely with regional and site leadership, legal teams, and external agencies to mitigate risk, prevent loss, and foster a culture of safety and accountability. You'll also serve as a key voice in global asset protection strategy, shaping policies, deploying advanced technologies, and driving continuous improvement across the enterprise. Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Governance: Set the vision and direction for asset protection across a multi-campus network, aligning enterprise security systems, policies, and processes. Serve as the Global Asset Protection and LAG representative, influencing companywide standards and global policy development. Provide governance and oversight to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate security standards.
