Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financing strategy, including direct interaction with external lenders and investors
- Prepare transaction models and financial analysis (including historical vs. projected performance) that support selection of optimal financing path
- Create presentations to support internal approvals and funding execution that effectively summarizes proposed transaction and key considerations
- Show strong project management skills and ability to coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely execution

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Experience: 10+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
